The Path That Led Me to RTT- Rapid Transformational Therapy and The Woman Who Inspired It!

After completing the first year of a traditional counselling course, I realised that it didn't resonate with me.  I found the journey to be very old fashioned prompting me to seek a more effective approach.

That's when I discovered Marisa Peer. Marisa was being interviewed by Davina McCall and Diary of a CEO.

Marisa Peer is a renowned therapist and author, celebrated for her innovative approach to personal development and mental health. She has learned from esteemed figures in the field, including renowned hypnotherapists and psychologists, and has worked with various celebrities and high-profile clients, helping them overcome personal challenges and achieve their goals. RTT, or Rapid Transformational Therapy, is a groundbreaking method developed by Marisa that combines the most effective techniques from various therapeutic practices to create lasting change in individuals.

Hypnosis in RTT is Safe, Effective, and Even Enjoyable!

Most clients say hypnosis feels like a deep meditation or a guided daydream, relaxing, insightful, and even empowering. You’ll probably leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself than ever before.  ā€‹

Why I Love Using Zoom for RTT Sessions

 

When I first started using Zoom for RTT, I had my doubts. Would it be as effective as in-person sessions? Would clients feel as connected? Trust me, it works just as powerfully (if not more), and here’s why.

 

Comfort of Your Own Space – There’s something incredibly powerful about doing a session from the comfort of your own home. You’re already in a familiar, safe space, which allows you to relax deeply and get the most out of the session.  

 

Easy Access, No Travel Stress – Whether you’re at home, traveling, or even on holiday, you can access life-changing transformation with just a click. No need to worry about parking, transport, or rushing to an appointment—just settle in and focus on yourself.  

 

It’s Just as Effective (If Not More!) – Hypnosis doesn’t require physical presence—it’s all about guiding your mind. Whether we’re in the same room or on a screen, your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference. Clients have had incredible breakthroughs over Zoom, just like they would in person.  

 

You Can Rest After – One of the best things? You can stay in your relaxed state after the session. No need to get up and drive home—you can take your time, reflect, or even have a little snooze to let the transformation settle in.  

 

That said, if you prefer an in-person experience, we can absolutely arrange a 1:1 face-to-face session. It’s all about what makes you feel most comfortable and supported in your transformation.
